National Constitution Center Podcast on the Gorsuch Hearings and the Constitution
Michael Ramsey

The National Constitution Center has posted a podcast hosted by Jeffery Rosen: The Gorsuch Hearings and the Future of the Constitution [scroll down].  Georgia State law professor Eric Segall (a familiar name on this blog) and I answer Professor Rosen's questions about the hearings and pull the discussion off into a discussion of originalism whenever we can.

Professor Segall and I agree on more than you'd think.  Our main point of disagreement (which produce subsidiary disagreements) is whether originalism leads to determinate results in a material number of contested cases (I say yes, he says no).

Jeff Rosen is a gracious host/moderator, as always.
